The cylindrical battery sorting machine is a testing and sorting equipment used for the internal resistance, voltage of cylindrical batteries. It comes with a high-precision internal resistance, voltage automatic testing system. The equipment accurately sends the battery to the designated position based on the internal resistance and voltage values set on computer software. The system can achieve up to 10 levels of sorting (1 testing station, 10 levels of 9+1NG sorting grade). This device can test about 3000-3600pcs battery cells per hour, and its structural design is simple and elegant, with stable performance. So far, it is one of the most cost-effective sorting equipment in the market. Used for detecting the internal resistance voltage of cylindrical batteries and 10 level classified packaging. This equipment has the characteristics of high automation, efficient and stable operation, and simple operation and maintenance.

4. Equipment functional characteristics:

• a. Use the latest hopper type automatic feeding structure, the feeding speed is stable, and there is no impact or scratch on the battery; And it is suitable for direct manual loading of different material boxes, which can achieve uninterrupted production.
• b. The sorting part use a high-precision and stable internal resistance detector, which is precise in testing and stable in sorting;
• c. The feeding adopts a servo robotic belt conveying and lowering structure, ensuring that the feeding time of each battery is less than 1 second.;
• d. The material distribution box adopts a 10 level structure and has a full material alarm function. The rear end of the material box opens the door for convenient and fast material unloading.
• E. The internal resistance voltage detection results are analyzed by a computer to generate classified data and automatically saved, facilitating intuitive statistics and display of batch production quality. The detection system has database function, which can query, statistics, and export historical detection data.
