Product Introduction
Automatic 32650 Battery Cell Testing, Grading and Sorting Machine is designed for automatic voltage and internal resistance (IR) testing, grading, and sorting of 32650 cylindrical battery cells.
The machine adopts a hopper-type automatic feeding structure to provide stable feeding for continuous production while reducing impact and scratching during battery handling.
During operation, the equipment automatically tests the voltage and internal resistance of each battery cell. The test data is automatically analyzed and used for battery cell grading and sorting. The machine provides 10 storage/sorting grades and supports loading and unloading in less than 1 second.
With an equipment efficiency of 60–70 PPM, the machine is suitable for continuous battery cell testing, grading, and sorting applications.
