5000 pcs/h Automatic Battery Cell Sorting Machine for 32650 Cells | Voltage & Internal Resistance Testing

 

Automatic 32650 Battery Sorting Machine is designed for automatic battery cell voltage and internal resistance testing, grading, and sorting. It uses a hopper-type automatic feeding system for stable and continuous cell handling, with a processing efficiency of 60–70 PPM (up to 5,000 pcs/h).

The machine automatically analyzes voltage and IR test data and sorts battery cells according to preset grading parameters. It features a high-precision internal resistance tester, less than 1-second loading/unloading time, and a 12-grade sorting configuration for efficient battery cell classification.

It is suitable for 32650 lithium battery cell production, battery pack assembly, cell matching, battery manufacturing, and automated battery testing applications.
