1. Project Overview
1.1 Project
This project aims to realize a semi-automated BESS assembly line, covering multiple assembly processes from cell feeding to PACK module offline. It is designed to meet model changeover requirements for compatible products, enabling production switching across different product variants and delivering a turnkey solution.
1.2 Process Flow
Cell and Module Section
- Robot cell feeding into sorting machine → OCV testing and sorting → Cell adhesive application and stacking → Module extrusion bundling → Polarity detection → CCD addressing/ Pole cleaning → Manual busbar installation → Laser welding → Post-weld dust removal/inspection → Module EOL Testing → Module offline
PACK Section:
- PACK Enclosure Line → Air tightness Testing → Module Hoisting into Case → Module Fixation and Series Connection → Busbar Installation and BMS Installation → Plug-in Harness Connection and BMU Installation → Top Cover Installation → PACK EOL Testing → PACK Offline
