1. Project Overview
- To meet the PACK production and assembly of prismatic battery packs;
- To realize process functions including automatic prismatic cell sorting, manual module clamping, laser welding, battery pack comprehensive testing, manual BMS installation, wire harness routing, battery pack aging testing, etc.;
- Reference diagram of the battery module
2. Capacity Requirement
Estimated at 3–5 PPM, subject to the actual production capacity.
3. Main Process Flow Description
Manual loading → Cell sorting → Module Compress → Laser welding → Manual Post-welding inspection → Module loading into box → BMS installation → Wire harness routing → Semi-finished product comprehensive performance testing → Case assembly (including screw fastening) → Charge/discharge aging testing → Laser marking → Appearance inspection and packaging, etc.
This layout is a standard production line designed on the basis of a manual annular roller conveyor line. Overall line dimensions: approx. L15000 × W1800 × H1900 (unit: mm) (the workbench is shown for illustration only; the actual line does not include a workbench).
