Product Description
The 2000W Lithium Battery Pack Plastic Laser Welding Machine is a precision fiber laser welding system designed for lithium battery pack components and other precision welding applications. It features a 2000W fiber laser, XYZ servo-driven positioning system, and 10X coaxial CCD monitoring system for accurate welding positioning and real-time process observation.
The laser welding machine supports continuous and spot welding, and can process straight lines, circles, squares, arcs, joints, and other planar trajectories through industrial PC control. With XYZ positioning accuracy of ≤±0.01mm and interpolation speed of up to 250mm/s, the machine is suitable for precision welding applications requiring high positioning accuracy and consistent welding quality.
The small heat-affected zone helps reduce thermal deformation of precision workpieces. The welding spot diameter can be adjusted according to processing requirements. The machine also supports customized welding fixtures, working platforms, welding heads, and laser welding solutions according to customer requirements.
