It is equipped with comprehensive handling capabilities including lifting, pitching, rotating, pushing, pulling, clamping, and releasing, making it adaptable to various battery pack loading scenarios.

2. Sensor-Assisted Operation with Visual Guidance

For manual operation, the vehicle is assisted by sensors to ensure safety and precision. When the pack is entering the cabinet, a camera and display screen guidance system provides real-time visual feedback, ensuring accurate alignment and placement.

3. Thrust Sensing for Active Pack Protection

During the container loading action, a built-in thrust sensor continuously monitors resistance. Upon detecting any abnormality, the system automatically stops the loading process and triggers an alarm, effectively protecting the pack from damage.
